This page was created by Mesa Public Schools for the convenience of vendors as the most centralized source of Arizona Statewide vendor registration links. The goal of this page is to assist vendors with the task of registering with multiple Arizona procurement entities such as the State, school districts, cities, counties, other public and cooperative purchasing entities.  Every attempt has been made to provide a link directly to the entity's vendor registration site.  Be aware that not all Arizona public entities have an on-line registration system nor is every Arizona public entity listed on this page. 

For those public entities that do not have an on-line registration system, we have given you a link to the business/finance/purchasing department, "Contact Us" or their main home page in an attempt to give you the best possible access point to the entity for vendor registration.  A good rule of thumb when searching for the vendor registration point of contact at a public entity website is to start with "Purchasing" or "Procurement".  If no Purchasing  contact exists then try "Finance" and last "Business".  When all else fails try the "Contact Us" page or call the main number.
