Welcome to the Professional Learning event creation. Use this form to add to the Professional Learning Calendar and to record the number of subs you might need for that day.   As you work through the form below, at right, you will create your professional learning proposal and sub request. Your event is NOT recorded on the Professional Learning Calendar until you receive email confirmation. Please fill out the form once for each date you are proposing an event.  If you need to cancel or change an event, please email Melisa Ruiz-Talamantes at mgruiztalamantes@mpsaz.org.

Use this calendar to check the availability of the day you are considering for your professional learning opportunity.  If a day is closed because of sub demand there will be an entry on that date, in blue, from the HR calendar indicating this. The Professional Learning calendar shows events, in green, that are already planned. Take these into consideration when planning your opportunity especially if the already planned event would draw from the same groups of participants as yours.  As you work through the sections of the form below,  your proposal will be created. Your proposal is not recorded on the Professional Learning Calendar until you receive confirmation from Professional Learning stating so.
